Quality Control
Tou's Garden has developed its own Quality Control document based on internationally recognised HACCP principals which exceeds most common programs and uses on-farm food safety program for the fresh produce industry. Our system links food safety on farm to the quality and food safety programs of other members of the fresh produce supply chain.
Based on HACCP principles our program was developed in response to requests from wholesalers, packers and processors for a food safety program that meets the requirements of both retailers and food safety legislation.

Primary Produce
Tou's Garden takes pride in offering quality, fresh produce direct to our markets - we value return clients and customers. With this in mind we strive to ensure our produce is of high quality, represents our orchids professionally and meets all certification, standards and quality assurance required for direct sale to our Australian market and for exporting overseas.
Direct Sale & Export
Tou's Garden will deal direct with independent fruit retailers, the domestic/retail market and international markets. Shelf life and maturity can be suited to meet individual requirements ranging from tree ripened 'ready to eat' fruit to longer 'shelf life' for export by sea.
Our domestic sales and export division is based on the principal of direct sales to ensure clear communication, competitive prices and maitaining product integrity.
