Quality Control

Tou's Garden has developed its own Quality Control document based on internationally recognised HACCP principals which exceeds most common programs and uses on-farm food safety program for the fresh produce industry.  Our system links food safety on farm to the quality and food safety programs of other members of the fresh produce supply chain. 

Based on HACCP principles our program was developed in response to requests from wholesalers, packers and processors for a food safety program that meets the requirements of both retailers and food safety legislation.
